Villa Bay View is a modern 4 bedroom villa that certainly lives up to its name. Located just past Club Patara, so at the very beginning of the Kisla area of Kalkan, the villa offers breath taking views across Kalkan Bay. The villa is cool and contemporary, designed to a high standard and an abundance of glass windows maximizes the panoramic views this villa has to offer.
The pool terrace features a stunning infinity pool overlooking the bay and is a perfect place to soak in the amazing sunsets that are unique to Kisla.

Ground Floor
The ground floor comprises a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area has modern sofa seating and a flat screen TV. The modern kitchen is well equipped and features fridge/freezer, hob, oven and microwave. Attached to the kitchen is a large breakfast bar with bar stools for 6 people. There is also a dining table and chairs which seats 6 people.Also on the ground floor is a guest cloakroom as well as a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

First Floor
The first floor features 2 large double bedrooms with modern en-suite shower rooms. The larger of the double rooms has a furnished glass railing balcony with gorgeous sea views. The smaller double bedroom has floor to ceiling windows offering great sea views.
