Apartment Lyra is a delightful, airy and spacious property, full of alpine charm, perfectly suited to family groups, or small groups of adults. Recently built in 2014 to a very high standard, the apartment is one of only 6 in a small exclusive residence, located in the idyllic hamlet of Vallons. The property is a 25 minute walk (on flat land) to the centre of Samoens, and located right opposite the ski bus stop, which is free to use.
The apartment is set out over two floors. On the first floor, is the lovely open plan kitchen living and dining area, with a dual aspect. The wooden dining table easily seats 6, and the comfortable sofas around the wood burning stove are the perfect cosy place to sit back and relax after a busy day on the slopes. The sliding patio doors open out onto the gorgeous balcony, with beautiful views of the mountains, the ideal spot for al-fresco dining in the summer. The sociable kitchen is open to the rest of the living space, and has Bosch appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave and large fridge-freezer) as well as everything you would need for a week away. On this level is also the master bedroom, with a double bed, plenty of storage and a television. Across the hallway from the bedroom is a shower room with a rain shower and heated towel rail, and a WC in a separate room.

Heading up the staircase in apartment Lyra, you arrive at the lovely galleried landing area, which gives the apartment a light, lofty and unique feel. On this floor there are two further bedrooms, both with televisions, radiators and plenty of storage. They share a luxurious bathroom with a spa bath, shower and toilet.

Outside the property there is a garage (big enough for a large car), extra parking spaces, plus lockable ski storage.
