Set amongst a patchwork of green vineyards on the hillside just 500 metres from sandy Stalos beach, Rouladina Apartment 2 is one of a group of just 6 apartments in a quiet neighbourhood. Since they were first introduced to our program, the Rouladina Apartments have proved consistently popular and guests return year after year. They come back, not only for the location and comfort of the apartments, but for the warm welcome from the owners, Manolis and Dimitra. They have their own apartment and take care of the property and their guests with a perfect combination of discrete Canadian/Greek efficiency and genuine Cretan hospitality.



Location Stalos

Just a short stroll downhill from the apartments there is a choice of several tavernas, shops and mini markets. Opposite the apartments is a family run taverna which has been approved by several guests as well. The long sandy beach of Stalos runs for 7kms merging with Agia Marina and Platanias, which are more bustling in peak season vs the low key Stalos beach. There is a regular bus service to Chania on the main road in Stalos.

Shared Swimming Pool - 10m x 5m swimming pool. Depth 1.1m - 2m.

Sun Terrace - furnished with sunbeds and parasols

Reception area - with shower, WC, washing machine, library and luggage storage (for arrival/departure day).





Outside Rouladina Apartment 2 - pool side, ground floor apartment.

Private terrace overlooking pool - furnished with table and chairs and comfy rattan chairs. A gate is there to keep children safe.

Sitting area - Sofa and chairs, Local TV.

Dining Area - wooden dining table and chairs. Window with pool and sea view. Door to poolside terrace. Air con unit.

Kitchen area - worktop over wood cupboards ceramic hob and electric oven, double sink, large fridge freezer.



Double bedroom with en suite shower room - 1 Double bed, wardrobe and ceiling fan. Window with pool and sea view. Shower room, with walk-in shower, wash hand basin and WC.

Twin Bedroom - 2 single beds (can be placed together), door opening to rear terrace, wardrobe and ceiling fan. Patio doors to bougainvillea covered rear terrace.

Twin bedroom - 2 single beds (can be placed together), wardrobe and ceiling fan. Windows with view of the rear terrace.



Family bathroom - bath with shower attachment, wash basin, WC.



Housekeeping

Your apartment will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels and all beds made up.

For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels will be changed every 3 - 4 days.

For stays of 14 nights or more - bed linen will be changed every 7 days.



Pool/beach towels - one per person for the duration of your stay.



Parking

On site there is parking for four cars plus ample off road parking.
