Villa Afortunada a stunning architect designed villa, garden and pool area. The extensive gardens have been created specifically to provide a selection of private areas for relaxation and shaded and sunny dining terraces. The large swimming pool area of the garden is surrounded by tropical plants and creates a fabulous resort style beach theme, with a surfboard shower and coloured beach huts, one of which is used as a poolside bar, and another a changing room with the convenience of a wash basin and wc. The large private swimming pool incorporates relaxation area in the circular stepped area at entrance to the pool. The garden is furnished with sun loungers for relaxation around the swimming pool. Throughout the gardens you will find a selection of both shaded and sunny seating and dining terraces.



Villla Afortunada has been designed with care to provide a luxury family home, the layout of the villa makes the villa ideal for families sharing, with a master bedroom suite on each floor.



On the first floor you will find a master bedroom suite with walk-in wardrobe leading to the beautiful en-suite shower room, 1 triple bedroom, 1 double bedroom, and a large open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen with views over the village and out to the mountains from floor to ceiling windows. From the interior dining area there are French doors leading out to the balcony and small covered breakfast terrace.



On the ground-floor you will find a bedroom with kitchen and private shower room with French doors leading out to a covered dining terrace and the garden and pool. There is a twin bedroom with games consoles and games provided. There is also a laundry room which houses the washing machine.



There are 2 barbecues, 1 located in the top garden on the terrace close to the main kitchen lounge, where there are tables and chairs provided. The 2nd barbecue is located close to the ground floor kitchenette and covered furnished dining terrace.



Villa Afortunada is located within a 2 minute walk of the authentic, historic Catalan village of El Perello, where you will find a fabulous atmosphere, a good supermarket, a selection of shops, bars and restaurants, and many special events during the summer, including fiestas, and bars with live music, all within easy walking distance. You will also find a collection of fabulous blue flag sandy beaches all within a 5-10minute drive of the villa.



The pretty fishing village L’Ampolla is within a 5-10minute drive, a popular destination for couples and families who return year after year to soak up the atmosphere of this quaint town which has retained its authentic charm.



The eco-tourism area of the Ebro Delta nature reserve is within a 25minute drive and is truly stunning, it is world renowned for the rare species of wildlife and birds. There are 4 golf courses within 30minutes drive of this area.
