The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home cooking, complemented by a separate laundry area with a washing machine. The generous living room includes a comfortable sofa, dining area, and large TV, making it ideal for relaxing evenings or family movie nights.



The penthouse comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 spacious bedrooms, offering plenty of room and privacy for everyone. The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linen and towels per person



To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a little starter package to help you settle in, but feel free to stock up on anything you need during your stay!

The Neighborhood:

You have the large shopping centre of Miramar just a few minutes' walk from the apartment with a lot of stores, restaurants, and supermarkets. The beach is also a small walk from the apartment down to the Castillo Beach, where you can rent "grillboats" on the beach and where we in Spain spend most of our Sundays with friends and family.



Getting Around:

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Fuengirola, with easy access to the town centre and nearby amenities.

Taxis are easy to find and affordable in Fuengirola.

Local buses run regularly and connect the area with Fuengirola centre, the train station, and the surrounding neighbourhoods.

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- No groups under 25 years old (except families).

- No smoking inside, no parties.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks.

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.

- We can order you to transfer, ask us about the price.

- Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability, and for a fee, please contact us for the details.

- We have pool towels available. Please inquire about our rates.

- It is possible that you need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre on arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information about the key pickup.
