This apartment is situated front-line to the 18th fairway/green, with stunning views across the golf course, a sea view as well as mountain views and you can view all this at the same time from the roof terrace, where you can soak up the sun or relax and watch the sunrise and the sunset!
The apartment consists of a large lounge/diner, separate fully kitchen, bathroom with shower and two bedrooms sleeping 4 people. There is dining in the lounge, on the lounge terrace and on the roof terrace.
There is a flat screen TV with an internet based TV system with a variety of channels. Free internet/wifi access is available.
The large communal pool is just outside the property. The location is just a few minutes walk from the Elba Palace 5* hotel, golf course and clubhouse. The apartment is within walking distance, approx 15 mins, of the Atlantico Commercial Centre where you will find restaurants, a supermarket, ten pin bowling/arcade, cinema and many shops. Taxi is about 5€ to Caleta town.
A car is not essential as the property is 10 mins transfer time from the airport (taxi is approx. 15-20€). But if you want to explore the island then hiring a car is the way to go!
