The upper floor comprises a living/dining room with a dining table and digital TV, leading out to a terrace. Additionally, there is another room with a sofa bed (120 cm) and an open kitchen area complete with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, along with a hatch connecting to the kitchen. A separate toilet is also available on this level, accompanied by a heating system.

Enjoy the outdoor spaces, including a large terrace of 20 square meters and a patio spanning 60 square meters, ideal for al fresco dining with the provided barbecue.
