This delightful white washed ground floor ‘bungalow’ is situated in a quiet, sunny position, only 100m from the Mediterranean Sea which is literally just across the road!

A modern property decorated to a high standard is spacious and bright offering an outside terrace with a large table and 6 chairs for outdoor dining allowing you to relax with an unspoilt direct view of a large water fountain terrace, well maintained gardens and child friendly swimming pool (lifeguard on hand during the summer months). There are 2 large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second bedroom having 2 single beds, both have large ceiling fans to keep you cool, wardrobes, mirrors and drawers. There are 2 modern tiled bathrooms (showers/WC). The contemporary kitchen has a breakfast bar and stools which is well equipped with an oven, hob, fridge (an additional fridge/freezer and washing machine) coffee maker, kettle, toaster microwave etc opening to the lounge/dining area with a comfortable L-shaped sofa and armchair, dining table and chairs, modern TV and free Wifi .

There are a few local restaurants, shops and bars (no need to hire a car here) and the sandy beaches of ‘El Campello’ and many restaurants, shops and bars are only a short stroll away (approx 8 minute walk). Nearby railway station ‘Pueblo Español’ (500m) and bus stop outside provides easy access to nearby attractions: Aqualandia Benidorm, Terra Mitica Benidorm (25 km), Alicante (12 km), Golf Bonalba (8 km) and Aeropueerto Alicante (12 km).
