The house has two floors. There is a garage on the ground floor.
The first floor of 55 m2 is intended for guests. Next to it is a terrace with a stone barbecue and a wooden table for outdoor dining.
The capacity of the house is 4 + 1. Apartment has two rooms. The first room has a double bed and a connected bathroom with shower. The second room has two single beds that can be joined into one double if needed. Both rooms are equipped with a safe.
The second bathroom is located in the hallway, opposite the second room, has a shower, and is equipped with a washing machine.
The kitchen, dining room and living room are open concept, air conditioned and have LED / SAT TV. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, oven and hob as well as utensils needed for cooking and eating.
