This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is fully air-conditioned and boasts a large balcony with a built-in BBQ and lovely pool views, making it the perfect choice for a family holiday.

Apartment Layout:
The apartment is accessed via a lift or stairs to the second floor. Upon entering, you'll find an inviting entrance hall. To the left is the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, and all the essentials for self-catering. The kitchen also opens onto the terrace, where you'll find the built-in BBQ, ideal for outdoor grilling.
The living area is spacious and bright, with a comfortable lounge featuring two leather sofas, a large flat-screen TV, and an IPTV system with free UK channels, including BBC and ITV. Patio doors from the living area lead out to the large balcony, where you can enjoy al fresco dining at the outdoor table with six chairs, or relax on the two sun loungers. From the balcony, enjoy views of the pool, which becomes beautifully lit at night, creating a peaceful and relaxing ambiance.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
The master bedroom features two single divan beds, which are topped with a super king mattress topper, creating a luxurious super king-sized bed. These can be separated into two singles upon request (please notify in advance). The room also includes an en-suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. The second bedroom is a twin room, with access to a shower room located in the hallway. Both bedrooms have sliding patio doors that open out to the back terrace.

Pool & Facilities:
The well-maintained pool area includes a large swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers, a grassy area for children to play, and a children’s pool. There are also toilet and shower facilities available by the pool.
