Perfectly located in front of the sea, in a modern residence with swimming pool, on the 1st french floor, the apartment is decorated with a lot of taste. Offering you all the comfort you are looking for, the apartment has a beautiful bedroom with storage space and an adjoining bathroom with shower. The living room is bright with open kitchen, fully equipped: coffee machine, fridge, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer. Wifi internet throughout the apartment and cable TV with foreign channels. The apartment is fully air conditioned. You can enjoy a breathtaking view from the terrace.
