Entire two bedroom house ! with lovely community pool, located between two lakes , close to Laguna Rosa and Parc Natural de les Llacunes. The house has everything you need for your perfect holiday - fully equipped kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, one has a small balcony to enjoy morning coffee !, roof terrace with shower, hammock an sun loungers. There is satellite TV smart, free unlimited WI-FI, each room has air-con, the house has downstairs terrace. The house is close to cycling path, aquapark, shops, bars and restaurants. Long term very welcome, any stay for more than 21 days is a long term. The long term attracts water( fixed charge of 50€) and electricity bill to be paid upon check out, long terms are not available from May- 20 September, pls message for an offer for the long stay between May and Sept please do not book for long term stay from May till September please message me for a correct price. Please note damages deposit is payable upon arrival , 250€, fully refundable upon check out, if there are No damages to the house. Pets are welcome up to 2 small pets.
