The villa's lower ground floor features an expansive open-plan sitting and dining area, framed by large windows that draw the outside in, leading directly to the pool terrace. Here, guests can bask on sunbeds, embracing the serene sea vistas beneath a shaded gazebo by day, or enjoy alfresco dining as the sun dips below the horizon at night. The terrace provides sweeping views across Myrtos Bay and the historical Assos castle, enhancing the sense of exclusivity.



A fully equipped kitchen on the mezzanine level invites guests to indulge in culinary experimentation, crafting meals to delight family and friends. The sleeping quarters begin on the first floor with a master double bedroom, featuring a generous balcony that boasts spectacular sea views. The second floor hosts a twin bedroom with an adjacent master bathroom, while the topmost attic room houses another master double bedroom, offering sublime views through its front-facing window.

Just 40 km from Argostoli, Kefalonia’s capital, the journey itself is breathtaking, featuring dramatic coastal vistas, lush forests of cypress and pine, and the quaint charm of Assos—a village of about a hundred inhabitants known for its warm hospitality, traditional Ionian buildings, meandering paths, and waterfront taverns.
