This elegant Tuscan villa offers five double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, recently renovated, as well as a double sofa bed, accommodating up to 12 guests in total. Once the summer residence of a noble family in the 19th century, the villa still preserves original furnishings and architectural details that reflect its historic charm.

Nestled in the Valdinievole area, in the heart of Tuscany, the villa is set on a hillside overlooking the historic spa town of Montecatini. It is an excellent base for exploring some of Tuscany’s most captivating cities, including Florence, Siena, and Pisa.
Formerly a noble summer residence dating back to the 1800s, the villa retains elements of its original décor, blending historic elegance with modern comfort. Thanks to its privileged position and the beauty of the surrounding landscape, it is the perfect retreat for those wishing to enjoy a relaxing yet enriching holiday, immersed in Tuscan culture and understated luxury.
Ground FloorThe main entrance features an original solid wood door leading into the ground floor, where guests will find a reception hall, a welcoming lounge area ideal for moments of relaxation, and a laundry room. A corridor, softly illuminated by recessed lighting, separates the rooms and leads to a stone staircase ascending to the first floor.
First FloorThe first floor can be accessed either via the internal staircase or an external staircase adjacent to the villa. This level comprises four main areas: a fully equipped kitchen with dining area overlooking a charming garden, a spacious and bright living room with a fireplace and relaxation corner, a bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom with a cozy reading room, perfect for browsing a collection of antique books.
Second FloorThe second floor features four spacious double bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom and shower. All rooms are furnished in a modern yet elegant style, creating a bright, welcoming, and distinctive atmosphere. Each bedroom overlooks the surrounding park and is characterized by a unique color theme, enhanced by carefully selected furnishings and fabrics. Where possible, original frescoes have been restored. The villa offers four sleeping accommodations on the first floor (one double bedroom and one double sofa bed) and eight sleeping accommodations on the second floor (four double bedrooms). A baby cot can be provided upon request.
Outdoors, guests can enjoy a 15 x 5 meter swimming pool, open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October, surrounded by the peaceful Tuscan landscape.
