Sunflower Apartment is a new, luxury apartment with 1 bedroom and wide terrace, perfectly located just 100m from the beach of Nissaki with its crystal clear water, a couple of steps from excellent waterfront tavernas, supermarket, and bus stop. It is definitely the perfect holiday home for all those guests looking for an exclusive stay in a unique location virtually on the waterfront without the need to rely constantly on a car. Sleeping 2 guests in 1 bedroom (with the possibility of an extra guest in the lounge area), Sunflower Apartment is air-conditioned (included in the rental price), finished to the highest standard, set to impress for its high value for money, atmosphere and breathtaking views to the sea. For the convenience of our guests, next to the property, there is also an independently run swimming pool complex with bar and restaurant which is open to the public (opening dates - usually end of may until beginning of october - entrance requirements may vary).



The apartment is set on the ground floor of a lovely corfiot traditional building. Entrance via the large private sea-facing terrace is onto the open plan lounge with adjoining kitchen. There is a spacious sofa (satellite TV, wi-fi internet), fully equipped kitchen, dining table. There is 1 spacious air-conditioned double bedroom, and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. The property offers stunning views also from the inside through the large patio doors.



Outside, apart from the large terrace with stunning views to the sea (furnished with dining table and chairs for unforgettable al-fresco meals) there is a large built-in barbecue reserved for the guests of our apartments as well as a shared laundry room.



NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week.
