A charming, cosy, chalet cabin, set in a tranquil location, set on the banks of Lake Annecy, overlooking the nature reserve and local mountains.



The cabin is situated on the tree lined grounds of the campsite 'Camping Sandaya La Nubliere'.

The campsite has been newly renovated to include a children's wet play area and an adult well being centre SPA. (The SPA is an extra cost per visit).

During the peak season there is a Children's Club Monday to Friday, plus entertainment on site 2 evenings per week.

There is a handy mini-supermarket with fresh bread and croissants available every day, and also a buvette open in the evenings selling take away chicken, chips and pizzas.

From the campsite there is direct access onto Doussard Plage

The cabin has its own private garden with outdoor furniture, reclining chairs, a bbq, and games.

There is parking for 2 vehicles next to the cabin, with overflow car parking outside the complex..



CABIN FEATURES:

Great location - secluded away from the main camping with views of the nature reserve and mountains.

2 minutes walk through campsite to the beach on lake Annecy and all the amenities.

2 separate bedrooms - one double bedroom and one triple (bottom double bed, and top single bunk bed).

Additional sleeping - double sofa bed in the living room.

Fully Fitted kitchen - fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave and cafetiere,

Bathroom - shower cubicle, sink, washing machine and hairdryer.

WIFI - the cabin has it's own private internet set up.

TV with French channels.



Within a few minutes walk, you will find the nature reserve, sailing school, rental of pedalos, speed boats & bicycles, an extensive cycle track, tennis courts, parapente school, bouncy castles, table tennis, children's activities and the boat bus to take you across the lake to Annecy. Additionally there are some great restaurants, pubs and beach bars all within easy walking distance.



LOCAL FEATURES:

Annecy town and historic village 18km away, there is a cycle lane and regular boat ferry to and from Annecy town which leaves the Doussard Port

Cycle all the way around the lake on the new cycle path.

Local shops and supermarkets in nearby villages.

Excellent choice of restaurants, takeaways & bars within walking distance.

Boat hire, bike hire and tennis courts.

Great walking trails, and bike routes, including the Col de Forclaz up to the para-pont take off point.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Minimum Booking is 2 nights.

Arrival/Departure days are Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday during peak season.

Check in time between 16h and 20h / Check out time between 08h and 10h

Pets must be kept on a lead when outside and in the camp site.

No tents or motorhomes are to be put on the land or premises.

The cabin is not converted specifically for disabled, but it is all on one floor, without steps, so easy access.

The Cabin is non smoking. You may smoke outside, but you MUST put ash and butts in the bins safely.

Cleaning is NOT included. You MUST leave the property as you found it.

Bed linen and Towels are not provided. You MUST bring your own linen and towels.
