Villa Leoforos Dyo is a great 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with private pool occupying the perfect location in central Protaras, just 5 minutes walk from all amenities of the resort centre and the fabulous beaches.



The villa is set on two levels. The ground floor features an open plan dining and kitchen area with seating for 6 persons and a fitted kitchen with everything provided for a comfortable stay. Patio doors lead onto the swimming pool which is ideal for outside dining. The living area features a comfortable sitting with a corner sofa, full UK satellite (free), DVD player and a CD player. There is also a WC on this floor.



Upstairs, the villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 double rooms (main bedroom is en-suite with shower) and a twin room all with fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. There is also a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.



The villa has a central heating (extra charge based on the actual consumption) and a pool heating at the cost of 35 Euros. It is fully secured with an alarm system.



This central resort location is an excellent base to stay. All the resort amenities are close by with a fantastic variety of restaurants, bars and shops are within 5 minutes walk.



The villa is perfect for a relaxing family holiday and an excellent choice for those who want to be close to all that Protaras has to offer.
