Villa
About This Property
The residence is set on three levels. It has been built in keeping with the local architecture, using local stone and featuring wooden elements and whitewashes walls. From its garden, verandas and outdoor spaces you will savor the Aegean sea, take in the island’s atmosphere and relax in elegance and comfort.
On the ground floor you will spend time in the villa’s sizeable living area with a comfortable sitting room and a large dining area that can comfortably seat a big group or family. There is also an office area, a WC and a double bedroom with a private bathroom. The retro style kitchen is self-contained and fully equipped and has its own dining table and sitting area.
Walk out on the shaded dining area or head for the patio with its chic outdoors sitting. Here you can take in the views and the night sky and enjoy quality time al fresco with friends and family.
On the first floor there is another living area with a small kitchenette, washing machine and a small refrigerator. There are three bedrooms: the master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and another with one single bed. There is also another bathroom. This level has its very own separate entrance should you want to use it for more privacy.
A large wooden staircase leads to a large open plan room in the attic with two beds and another attic bedroom with a single bed.
Throughout the house you can just look out of the windows and enjoy the incredibly beautiful sea and island views.
You will have access to a fully equipped and independent villa, with a private shaded terrace and a private pedestrian road which leads to a beautiful sandy beach.
