Villa Anthinas Tessera is a lovely 3 bedroom villa with a private pool that is situated in a Cul de sac in the heart of Pernera, walking distance to the beaches, shops, restaurants and bars. This villa is ideal for those looking for a peaceful holiday but still within easy reach of the resort.



On the ground floor, you will find the open plan living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room has a comfortable seating area with widescreen and satellite TV and DVD player. The dining area has table and chairs to seat 6 people and kitchen is fully equipped with all everyday appliances and features a breakfast bar with seating for four people. There is also a W/C on the ground floor



Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms and the main family bathroom. The master Bedroom and second bedroom both have double beds, widescreen TVs and fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom has two single beds, widescreen TV and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom one and two share a balcony with sea views. The main bathroom has a bath tub, shower and W/C.
