As you enter this super new villa, you will find the large and modern, open-plan kitchen, living room and dining area surrounded by patio doors that lead to the pool and garden. The living room features comfortable sofas and Satellite TV, the dining area has a table and chairs to seat 8 persons, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances needed for a comfortable villa holiday.



On the same floor, you will find three of the four bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, double bed and widescreen TV, bedroom 2 has a two single beds and bedroom 3 has a double bed and widescreen TV. All bedrooms has fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main family bathroom is on this floor with bathtub, overhead shower and WC.



To the lower ground floor, you will find the fourth bedroom which has two single beds. As you come out of the bedroom, there is a large open space which has another two single beds, so the villa can accommodate 10 people. There is an extra bathroom on this floor with a shower and WC.
