It is located on the first floor and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa and sat-TV, a kitchen with a toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator, kitchen utensils and a dining area. The guests also have a private balcony available with a seating area overlooking the garden. The apartment is air-conditioned. A spacious garden and private parking in the yard of the house are on the guests' disposal. The first beach is only a 5 minute walk away, and so is the city center. Such location provides a relaxing holiday away from the city noise but at the same time close to the beach and the city center of Rovinj. The location also offers a possibility to make many day trips to famous tourist destinations like Pula, Porec or other popular tourist locations in central Istria.
