Casa Tatano is a rustic style house surrounded by centenary olive trees with an amazing view of the Gulf of Naples,the Isles of Capri and Ischia and the entire Sorrento Bay. Casa Tatano is located in a very quiet position close by the small hamlet of Santa Maria Annunziata, a little village in the municipality of Massa Lubrense.The Villa is located just few steps from the town center where you can find an excellent restaurant and not far from the restaurant there is a grocery store that sells a little bit of everything.Casa Tatano is the ideal place for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday with family or for those traveling with a group of friends.The property consists in the main body and an outbuilding for a total of four bedroom and it can accommodate up to 8 people.The main body develops all on a single floor, at the entrance you will find a small but fully equipped kitchen with all accessories and appliances such as an electric oven, a fridge, freezer, a kettle, cutlery, plates, glasses, and everything you need to prepare tasty meals that you can enjoy in the dining area equipped with a table and chairs, Tv, Stereo, a library and a comfortable sofa; here there is a guest bathroom with shower. From the dining area you have direct access to the panoramic terrace equipped with sunbeds, a pergola with table and chairs ideal place to enjoy a breakfast with admiring while admiring the 360 ° view of the whole bay of Naples,or for an “al fresco” meal and why not, to sip an aperitif with your friends while admiring the enchanting sunset. Through the corridor you reach the sleeping area, here there are three bedrooms, two double rooms and one twin bedded room, all those three rooms have a window.
