Apartment

The apartment comprises two bedrooms - one of which features a queen size bed and en suite, while the other has the convenience of two single beds - a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with dining area, and a furnished veranda including sunbeds. There is private indoor parking.

The apartment is located on the western side of Funchal, where you will have access to commercial zones, an array of restaurants, bars and cafes as well as beaches. Everything you need for your holidays is easily accessible: ATM´s, grocery store, supermarket, shopping mall, pharmacy, hospital and a few other services. Praia Formosa and Doca do Cavacas beaches are both within 2Km.

- Check-in after 10pm:
10pm to 00h: 20€ | 00h to 2am: 30€

- A DAMAGE DEPOSIT of 100€ will be asked before check-in. The damage deposit is refundable a 2/3 days after check-out, if no damage is done to the property.

- Please notice that Airbnb doesn't charge you the City Tax, so we will kindly ask you to pay this tax. The fee is of 2€ per person/per night (maximum of 7 nights), except for children under 13 which are exempt.

- If you need a crib, please let us know in advance.

- Please be aware of noite between 10pm and 8am.
