About This Property
This villa in Almirida, whose construction was completed in 2005, can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in its 100 sq.m.
Its two floors are built in a way that both the ground and the top floor have lovely terraces with stunning views. The terrace on the ground floor is sheltered by a roof whereas the terrace on the top floor is open-air, so you can choose either sun or shade.Ground Floor
The ground floor comprises a living-dining room, a fully fitted kitchen -equipped with a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher- and a beautiful, spacious bedroom with twin beds and a shower/WC.
1st Floor
A staircase leads to the top floor. There are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 twins. These two rooms share a spacious bathroom. All rooms lead to a balcony, equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture, from which one can admire the stunning view of Almyrida and the surrounding landscape.
Outdoors
Surrounding the villa, there is an ample, beautiful, private garden covered with grass and encircled by a natural stone wall, which makes it ideal for children to play safely. Around the spacious pool of 40 sqm (5 x 8 x 1.8/0.9), chairs and umbrellas are available for sunbathing.
On the veranda, in front of the building and along the beautiful garden, there is outdoor furniture for relaxation among the trees and flower beds of roses that attractively decorate the gardens. Also at the villa's garden, the younger members of the family will enjoy playing with the playground set of a slide, a seesaw and a small house, all made of wood. A stone-built, as well as a portable barbecue, give visitors the opportunity to cook everything they want in a traditional and -why not- a fun way. Kids are absolutely welcome to the villa and, if needed, a baby high chair and a special bed for babies can be provided upon request free of charge. Always at your disposal, the owners of the villa fulfil any request and offer their full support when needed, while not interfering in your stay.
