Villa Trogir Palazio is divided on the 4 levels - basement, ground floor, first and second floor. The basement is designed as a recreation area with a gym, sauna and an indoor Jacuzzi. There is an additional bathroom in the basement.



The ground floor consists of an elegant and spacious living room with large dining table for dining and a fully equipped kitchen. From here patio doors lead onto the wonderful terrace which is perfect for pre-dinner drinks and dining al fresco.



The first and second floor are designed as a sleeping area with 7 double bedrooms all with en- suite bathrooms. Spacious terraces and balconies with outdoor tables and chairs, sun loungers and a breath-taking sea view complete the feeling of being in a small paradise. Location



Next to the historical UNESCO protected city of Trogir in central Dalmatia lies a small, but beautiful island of Ciovo, rich with untouched nature and hidden beaches. Ciovo is also connected to the mainland with a bridge and perfectly situated in the vicinity of Trogir (2 km), Split (25 km) and Split airport (5 km).



Trogir is a medieval city, surrounded by walls, which consists of preserved castle, tower and series of houses and palaces from the Romanesque. Split airport is only 5 km away, which makes Trogir an ideal holiday destination. The nearby city of Split, the second largest city in Croatia and the capital of Dalmatia is just 30 minutes by car.



Island Ciovo consists of small traditional Dalmatian villages, one of which is Okrug Gornji, which has everything needed for a nice and relaxing family vacation, such as beautiful pebble beaches with shallow areas, various restaurants and taverns with great offer of Dalmatian specialties and domestic vine, beach bars, grocery shops. Those who are keen on more active vacation can go on organized diving trips, rent a boat or jet ski, enjoy a half day boat excursion to the nearby islands of Solta and Drvenik or visit the National park Krka Waterfalls, one of the natural wonders of Dalmatia. Okrug Gornji also has a taxi boat which goes to Trogir every 20 minutes. On the south side of the island Ciovo there is a known sanctuary Gospa od Prizidnice, which offers a breath-taking view of the islands Solta and Brac.
