The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, hob, oven and washing machine and a fresh cold-water cooler is also provided – essential for those hot summer days. The contemporary bathroom has a walk-in shower, WC, wash basin, mirror and shower plugs.
The generous balcony can be accessed through the living room as well as the master bedroom, providing the perfect setting for relaxing and dining whilst enjoying the sea views. The apartment boasts newly fitted air conditioning throughout, complemented further by ceiling fans in the bedrooms and lounge area. Located in the popular all year-round resort of Kapparis, the apartment is just a 40-minute drive from Larnaca Airport. There are a wide variety of bars and restaurants in the local area and the beautiful beach is just a 15/20-minute walk away. The bustling resort of Agia Napa is only a 15-minute drive away, and if you fancy some shopping the town of Paralimni is just a 5-minute drive away. Local transport links are good, and a bus stop is located close to the apartment for those less keen to drive, which conveniently runs between Paralimni and Agia Napa up to every 15 mins in peak season. Taxis in the area are available and are reasonably priced.
We offer a meet and greet service at the apartment to help settle you in and answer any questions you may have.
