The property has a high speed fibre optic connection and a lovely terrace with relaxer seating for five and offers great views over the harbour of Estepona and the Mediterranean sea. There is a bathroom with a small bath with overhead shower, hand basin, lavatory and bidet. In the kitchen, there is a fridge freezer, microwave with grill, kettle coffee machine and toaster. The apartment is within five minutes walk of two supermarkets, bars, restaurants, cafes and two blue flag sandy beaches offering chiringuito beach bars for serving food and drinks. Two swimming pools are available in the community only available during peak season (please enquire). Parking is possible in the communal parking area and operates on a first come, first served basis however finding a space isn't normally a problem. You can also park nearby for free.
