Omis is a picturesque town with a true Mediterranean atmosphere, located at the estuary of the Cetina River, just 21 km from the largest Dalmatian city of Split. The Cetina River and its magnificent canyon, beautiful mountain in the background and mile long sandy beach make this part of the Adriatic coast unique and incomparable. Because of the unique location, surrounded by steep cliffs, the river and the sea, the town of Omis can be extremely proud of its extraordinary characteristics, which are impressive to say the least. A little further afield is the bustling and vibrant city of Split which combines history and culture with modern entertainment and a fabulous night life.

The villa itself has an area of 280 m² and extends over three floors: lower ground floor, ground floor and first floor. Villa Forti Dva has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and accommodates 10 people.

Access to the villa is direct from the coastal road to the main entrance on the ground floor. On the lower ground floor there is an air-conditioned gym, shower room, sauna and smaller bedroom with a sofa bed and TV. The first floor of the Villa Forti Dva is connected by stairs from the living room. First floor features four spacious ensuite bedrooms with bathtub and shower, completed with flat screen TV’s. Two of the bedrooms have shared spacious terrace with lounge furniture to enjoy sea views.
