The villa belongs to a complex of 3 villas. Only a short drive from beautiful sandy beaches and water sports facilities, this modern, two storey villa is set in an elevated position surrounded by sun terraces and lawns. The villa enjoys spectacular views across vineyards and olive trees to the mountains and sea beyond.

There is a barbecue for the guests to prepare delicious meals where they can enjoy at the patio dining table and chairs, while watching over the mountains, the old village of Skouloufia and the sea. The area is pleasantly landscaped with lawn areas and citrus trees. There is a private parking in the outdoor space of the villa.
