One of two uniquely architect-designed villas in Praia D’el Rey with a 323m2 build size, 4 bedrooms (2 en-suites) and 3 bathrooms, this beautiful property has a private pool, fully equipped kitchen, open living/dining room with a double sided fireplace and underfloor heating throughout.

Entrance to the house is up a grand stone staircase and through a spectacular double width glass front door. On the first floor are three bedrooms (one en-suite and two that share a family shower room), a very spacious hallway, living / dining area and kitchen. The living room has large windows and glass sliding doors on three sides creating a wonderful feeling of space and light – as well as providing direct access to the swimming pool and gardens It is separated from the dining room by a double sided fireplace. There is a TV with cable channels.

The kitchen, which includes built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker, also opens directly onto the outdoor eating area and the swimming pool. The kitchen is well-equipped with all you may need to prepare and enjoy a family meal.

On the lower level, you will find a bedroom suite, utility room (with washing machine and dryer) and a spacious double garage. Access to the garage is remotely operated and you will be given the remote control when you check in.

The bedroom configuration is three kingsize beds and two single beds. Bath and hand towels and all bed linen is provided.

Outside, there is a secluded and spacious garden area, as well as the swimming pool, outdoor dining area, bbq and access to a rooftop terrace with sea views.

The villa is tastefully decorated throughout, containing everything you need for your home from home.

The villa is situated just a 2 minute walk from the clubhouse and has views of the course from the front of the house. The beach is around a 10-12 minute walk or a short drive. There is a children’s playground opposite the clubhouse.

The nearby Marriott hotel has several excellent restaurants and the clubhouse also serves a wide range of bar meals. The hotel has a tennis academy, swimming pools, gym as well as the golf course. All are available for guests to enjoy (separate fees payable).
