The holiday home with a welcoming, cosy atmosphere consists of a dining room, a spacious kitchen with access to the terrace, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include a washing machine and a television. Prepare delicious meals to enjoy together on your spacious, partially-covered terrace, which is equipped with a table and chairs and surrounded by a garden full of native plants and trees. On the other side of the house, you can start the day with a fresh cup of coffee in the outdoor lounge area and savor a glass of wine in the warm evenings. Due to its exceptional location, you can reach a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and gelaterias as well as the historic tower and promenade along the harbor within an 4-minute walk. Furthermore, the beautiful, sandy beach Spiaggia Le Fontanelle is only 450 m or a 6-minute walk away. Here you can sunbathe below the warm, Italian sky and refresh yourself in the Adriatic Sea.

Parking spaces are available on the street. Moreover, you can find a paid privat parking 250m away. Pets are allowed. Bed linens and towels, unfortunately, cannot be provided.
