Beautiful apartment located 500 meters from the Platja del Racó in Begur .. It is part of the community known as AVA SENIA, pool and large gardens with spectacular sea views.
Only 700 meters away we find supermarkets and restaurants open all summer.
Located on the first floor (building with only two floors), it consists of:
Access to the apartment through a small independent porch.
Living room with spectacular sea views and access to independent terrace. Pals and Illes Medes views.
Equipped kitchen. Dishwasher & dryer.
Double bedroom (two single beds) and access to a bathroom with shower.Views to house entrance and sea.
Double bedroom (bed 150 cms) and access to bathroom with shower.
On the ground floor, previously a garage, we find a bedroom 2 beds and access to a bathroom with a shower. Bedroom without window, the only natural light entry is a small door window, with mosquito net.
Open parking space, at the entrance of the house.

Tax on stays in tourist establishments NOT INCLUDED (€ 1 per day and person over 17 years, maximum 7 days. Tax subject to variation according to current regulations.

To enjoy a day of shopping you can visit Begur just 5 minutes by car or Palafrugell (10 minutes by car). There you will find everything you need.

You will discover the great beauty of the Baix Empordà, its landscapes, its fishing villages, its coves, its medieval villages.
The nearest bus stop is in the town of Pals, 5 km away. You can hire the services of a driver or taxi, just request it at the agency Sa Punta Costa Brava.
You will not have problems to travel by car, but more and more tourists decide to use the bicycle or motorcycle as a means of transport in our area (especially in summer), because that way they can more easily access our favorite beaches .
