It is definitely the perfect holiday home for all those guests looking after a high quality holiday in a unique location virtually on the waterfront without the need to rely constantly on a car. Sleeping 4 guests in 2 bedrooms (with the possibility of an extra guest in the large lounge), Vasilis Home is fully air-conditioned (included in the rental price) and set to impress for its high value for money, style and breathtaking views to the sea. For the convenience of our guests, next to the property, there is also an independently run swimming pool complex with bar and restaurant which is open to the public (opening dates - usually end of may until beginning of october - and entrance requirements may vary).Vasilis Home is set over one floor and is semi-detached to enjoy amazing views and most of the privacy. The property has been totally renovated to the highest standard. Entrance via the large private patio (furnished and providing sensational views) is onto the spacious and airy open plan lounge with adjoining kitchen. There is a comfortable L-shaped sofa (satellite TV, wi-fi internet), fully equipped kitchen, dining area. There are 2 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, one double with sea-views (as well as balcony doors leading to the panoramic terrace) and one twin, sharing a family shower room with hydromassage shower. Outside, apart from the large terrace with stunning views to the sea (furnished with dining table and chairs for unforgettable al-fresco meals) there is a large built-in barbecue (shared with the next door property) as well as a shared laundry room.NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week.
