Located on the 1st floor, with access by lift or stairs, the apartment has a pleasing entrance hall and corridor, at the end of which is the bathroom and 2 bedrooms.
The kitchen is conveniently located near the front door and very handy for unloading groceries, next is the living room, and the bathroom and 2 bedrooms are at the end of the corridor.
Equipped to a high standard the streamlined Kitchen is very well equipped with all appliances, crockery and cookware. It has handy breakfast table and chairs and opens onto a small veranda with a view of the adjacent green area and Luz village.
Next on the left is the spacious bright, strikingly furnished living area with two white leather couches, a large flat screen TV, a modern wall-mounted electric stove and a glass-topped dining table with 4 chairs, while an impressive bespoke side table and matching coffee table add an extra layer to the stylish interior. The lounge opens onto the large veranda with a table and chairs for relaxing with views of adjacent green areas and of Luz village.
The super upgraded bathroom is located between the two bedrooms at the end of the corridor. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet and an attractive wash hand basin the vanity unit.
The Master Bedroom has a 5ft double bed, fitted wardrobes and matching bedside lockers and vanity unit and it has a small veranda facing southwards which has a view of the pool area.
Bedroom 2, has twin beds, fitted wardrobe and a vanity unit and opens onto a small veranda a view of the green area nearby and the village.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned, and has intercom entry. Guests can use the stairs or the elevator according to preference.
The attractive shared pool area is also very well-maintained and the pool is heated April through October. The complex is in an excellent location a few minutes walk to restaurants, bars and shops, banks and post office and less than 10 minutes’ walk to the beach.
The bus stop nearby has a regular service to Lagos.
