About This Property

This lovely apartment is in the Rosa de los Vientos complex, near el Limonar, and has superb sea views and direct access to the beach. The apartments are located in blocks set within private grounds and gardens, with play area, tennis courts and swimming pools for residents to use.

There is ample parking nearby, and the apartment also has an allocated parking space in the underground parking area.The modern and well maintained apartments have a communal hallway and lift.

This apartment has been tastefully furnished, and has wonderful views over the bay to the town of Puerto de Mazarrón. The entrance leads directly into a small hallway, with access to the separate kitchen area. This has cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine and all the items needed for a self catering holiday. A feature arch forms a breakfast bar, giving the apartment a spacious feel.

The open plan living and dining area has ample seating on the 2 sofas, TV, DVD, music centre, dining table for 4 people and door giving access to the balcony.Both bedrooms also have direct access onto the balcony, with the main bedroom having a double bed, fitted wardrobes & en-suite bathroom. The smaller room has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. There is a further shower room with WC.

The apartment has air conditioning on a ducted system, which can be used for both heating and cooling the apartment. the system has an air con meter and 10 euro is included in the booking.

Smoking is permitted on the balcony only and pets are not permitted.

Rosa de Los Vientos is set in an area of natural beauty, and there are stunning views from the nearby walkway over the sea and to Isla Plana village. The village is approx 15 minutes walk away, and here you will find bars and restaurants, supermarket, chemist, bakery and local stores. More amenities are on the doorstep in the larger town of Puerto de Mazarrón, just 5 minutes away by car.The apartment is ideal for holiday or longer Winter let, and is approximately 30 minutes from Cartagena city, and 40 minutes from Murcia, meaning a dual center beach and culture holiday is simple to organize!

The village of Isla Plana is a 10 minute walk away from the complex and there is a supermarket, bars and restaurants and a sandy beach within easy reach. A larger selection of beaches are to found in Puerto de Mazarrón, Bahia and Bolnuevo. Many are blue flag beaches meeting European quality standards.

The marina at Puerto de Mazarron is also just a short drive away, and here you will also find a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Whilst a car is not essential, we recommend car hire to fully enjoy the area. The property is ideally placed to visit Cartagena, Mazarrón and the Sierra Espuñas inland. Whatever the season, there is something close by to enjoy!

Murcia offers a wide range of beautiful beaches many being blue flag beaches. Here you will find many water sport facilities, and plenty of things to occupy the children. With golden sanded beaches, natural settings, localities with a rugged coastline, here there is something for everyone.

Murcia the capital city is both exciting and comfortable, perfect to wander through its streets and enjoy its terraces, maybe stop for a highly recommended tapa and maybe a glass of spanish rioja, visit its museums and go to several evening shows.

On the coast you will find the city of Cartagena, a port with more than 3,000 years of history, you will find here the castle of Cartagena and many other interesting sites.
Here in Murcia there is enjoyment and fun for everyone!
