Villa Pinsa in Gotmar Puerto Pollensa is a great house for a family holiday on and around the beach - the sea is just a 15-minute walk away, the center of the resort is also within walking distance, and there is a selection of restaurants and shops within a several minutes walk.

The house is built on three levels. Inside it has a Mallorcan style. The rooms have white walls, tiled floors, and simple wooden furniture, with lots of full-height windows and doors looking over the garden.The main entrance to the house is on the first floor where theres a lounge and dining room with comfortable sofas, TV and a DVD player. Three sets of doors fill the room with light - one set leading to a terrace with teak furniture, and another to stairs down to the pool. The kitchen is a sunny room with pale-wood units, appliances including a dishwasher, and a walk-in pantry. Also on this floor there s a guest WC, a garage and utility room.On the ground floor there is a seating area and a shower-bathroom. Doors open out from the lounge onto a covered terrace by the pool. Up on the second floor there are three more bedrooms. There is a double with air-conditioning and a door to the roof-terrace with mountain views, a twin room with fitted wardrobes and a shady balcony, and a single room with a pullout bed that sleeps two, and again has doors to the balcony. There s also a family bathroom on this floor with a bath and a shower.The garden is a lovely space with a long pool surrounded by sun-terraces, a lawn, a barbecue, trees and shrubs and a covered terrace.

Because the villa is semi-detached it has next-door neighbors but a high wall makes the garden more private.



All bedrooms have Air Conditioning and there is an additional unit in the lounge area.



Besides being the ideal place to rest and its proximity to the beautiful beaches and coves of Puerto Pollensa . There are many activities you can enjoy and all kinds of sports like golf , cycling , tennis , volley ball , beach football and all those associated with the sea, sailing, scuba, kite surfing and wind surfing.

Included in the price : all utility bills, bed linen and bath towels; no pool/beach towels

Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay)
