On the ground floor, there is a living/sleeping room with a double sofa bed, a dining table, satellite TV, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player, which leads to a terrace. Additionally, there is an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a separate toilet. The upper floor features one room with a French bed (160 cm) and access to a balcony, and another room with two beds. There is also a shower room with a double hand-basin on this level.
