Villa Sa Barda is a fantastic two bedroom private villa set in the heart of Ibiza. Very private, very peaceful yet only 1.5kms / 4 mins drive from the town of San Rafael. Ideal for those wanting to relax, unwind and enjoy quality time at your own private villa. The spacious gardens have a large private pool, bbq and outdoor dining area.

Inside the Villa
Entry into the house takes you directly into the spacious open plan lounge/diner and kitchen area. The lounge offers a comfy L Shaped sofa (Also a sofa bed), flat screen TV showing UK freeview stations, Apple TV to stream Netflix and a selection of Dvds. A well equipped kitchen offers all you require for a comfortable stay including oven/hob/toaster/kettle/microwave/coffee machine and more. Your villa also benefits from an indoor dining table should it be too hot to eat on the outside terrace.

The master bedroom is very large and has a double bed, sofa bed and plenty of storage space.
The second room has two twin beds that can be made into a double of request.
Both bedrooms have air-conditioning.

The modern bathroom is situated between the bedrooms and comes complete with shower and bath.

Outside Area
The outside spaces are what makes the villa so special. Set in spacious / private grounds and not overlooked means you have complete privacy. The illuminated driveways leads you to the house and then to the fantastic pool area. There are enough sunbeds for all, shaded areas to escape the sun and a bbq with an outdoor eating area. Your villa also has a ping pong table.

Sit by the pool, a cold drink in hand as you watch the sunset fade behind the hills

The gardens also boast lemon, orange and olive trees when in season you are more than welcome to help your self
Villa Surroundings
Only 4 mins drive (1.5kms) the amenities of San Rafael can be found. Here you have a well stocked supermarket, several restaurants (including the famous steak house of Can Pilot) cafes/local bars etc. Amnesia and Privilege are a further 2 mins drive away for those who are looking to party. The central location means it is the perfect base for exploring our beautiful island. Ibiza Town and San Antonio can all be reached in 15 minutes with Santa Eulalaia just under 20 mins drive.
