The location of this totally refurbished 2 bedroom duplex ground floor apartment could not be better. It is in marina of Vilamoura at the end of quiet cul-de-sac. With all amenities within 5 minutes walk, there is a large casino, numerous restaurants and vibrant bars. On entering the apartment there are a few steps down to the spacious open plan lounge and kitchen area which then has patio doors out to the private patio and private plunge pool.
The 2 bedrooms and one of the bathrooms are on the first floor. Both of the bedrooms have an adjoined terrace that overlooks the side of the Marina and the patio area. From 1st November to 31st March, the base amount of the municipal tourist tax (City Tax) is €1.00 per person, per night.
The tax applies for a maximum of 5 nights per person.
The payment of the municipal tourist tax (City Tax) by the guest will be made at the check in.
