Fabulous modern 2-bedroom end of row townhouse with a private pool and patio a 2 minute walk to the nearest of many village restaurants and less than 10 minutes' walk to Burgau's blue flag beach, This is a lovely spacious modern end-of-row villa located in a quiet road with no through traffic and ample free parking. The front door opens into a hallway with stairs to the bedrooms and a ground floor bathroom with a shower, toilet and wash hand basin. The hall then opens into the living area with seating for 4 and a dining table with 4 chairs. The wall-mounted large flat screen TV has MEO TV channels and Wi Fi and the living room enjoys pool views. Off the living room, the separate kitchen is well-equipped with appliances, pots, pans and crockery and it has a door to the pool area. The patio by the pool has a dining set for al fresco meals and there is a brick-built BBQ near the pool. There are 4 sun beds by the south-facing private pool, which is regularly cleaned and maintained.
Upstairs, Bedroom 1 has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, bidet and toilet. Bedroom 1 opens onto a sunny veranda with a 2 chairs to relax and enjoy views of the adjoining protected Parque Naturel. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, fitted wardrobe and en-suite shower and toilet. A door from the upstairs landing leads to a roof terrace which is a quiet spot to relax.
The house is located in the small village of Burgau, at the edge of Parque Natural do Costa Vicentina. Across the road from the house you can join the nearby coastal track which continues for miles and miles to Cape St Vincent and beyond, traversing over cliffs and beaches where you can enjoy nature's flora and fauna and fabulous ocean views. (This track is not suitable for child buggies, wheel chairs or for the infirm.) It is very rewarding to drive westwards towards Salema and other beaches along the coast to Sagres and 'the end of the world, and further exploring the dramatic cliffs and beaches of the Atlantic coast, many of which are popular with surfers.
