The Kitchen is well equipped with all modern conveniences and perfect for a family holiday and the cook can even enjoy the sea views from both the side window and beyond the adjoining dining area. Sliding doors from the kitchen open onto the front patio which has a stylish circular stone table and 4 seats, partially shaded by a fragrant bougainvillea covered pergola, close the the brick-built BBQ. Steps at this side of the villa lead down to the pool area.
There is Guest Toilet beside the living room, and from the hallway stairs descend to the 2 bedrooms.
On the lower level, Bedroom 1has a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, a drawer unit and ensuite Bathroom with bath/shower, bidet, toilet and hand basin and there is direct access from this bedroom to the delightful pool area. Bedroom 2 has a twin beds which can be joined to make a large double bed. This bedroom also has fitted wardrobes, a drawer unit and sliding doors to the pool area. There is a Shower, Toilet and hand basin in the main Bathroom, located beside Bedroom 2.
This is a really special semi-detached villa with fantastic panoramic sea views and is very well maintained both inside and out.
There is no need for a car when staying in this villa as it’s just a short walk to restaurants, bars, shops and the blue flag beach. There is a regular bus service to Lagos and Burgau and taxis are reasonably priced. If you have a car there is free parking outside the villa, and you’ll have an opportunity to visit lots of other beaches and delightful villages all along the coast and in the mountains inland.
