On the ground floor, in an open plan layout, you will find the living room, the dining room, a modern fully equipped kitchen and the guests’ washroom/shower-room. Large patio doors lead to the terrace and pool. Also on the ground floor, descending two steps, you will find one of the bedrooms and a bathroom.
The other three bedrooms (all with double beds) are on the first floor. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Another bathroom is shared by the other two bedrooms. A nice feature of the villa is the external stair case that leads directly to the pool area. For your comfort all rooms are air-conditioned and also centrally heated in winter.
Well positioned, within ten minutes’ walk to the beach, while local restaurants and shops are within easy reach.
