A brand new villa of 310 sqm, built on a plot of 1000 sqm and it is spread into 3 levels. The villa is situated at the traditional village of Vrachasi and is built at the foothill of Kalaritis Mount.

It can accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms and offers a range of facilities, modern appliances and stylish interior areas to offer a comfortable and unforgettable stay for it s guests. The villa has an outdoor area with a heated eco pool.

The Villa has an interior area of 310 sqm and it is built on three levels. On the ground floor there is an independent open plan space, featuring a kitchen and a living room as well as a second independent hall area, the main bath room and 2 bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower and the second a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there is a master bedroom en suite with a bathtub and a second en suite bedroom with a shower. Both of these bedrooms have private spacious terrace.

The lower level has a fully equipped recreation area with home cinema and a table tennis. A guest studio with a separate entrance is next o the swimming pool with a bedroom and en suite bathroom.

In all of the bedrooms the beds can be converted either to double or single beds.

The villa is built on a plot of 1000 sqm on a foothill of Mount Kalaritis. Outside the living room there is a big terrace area with sunbeds and umbrellas as well a sitting area with a dining table.

The 65m2 biological swimming pool is heated, without chemicals, it operates on the basis of salt water electrolysis and has a capability of re circulating the water every 1,5 hours. The heating of the pool is upon request at extra charge.
