Private vacation home

Very comfortably converted and all on one floor, ( easy access shower in the ensuite), with a fully equipped kitchen (+ washing up machine)- end to the spacious living room. Very comfortable furniture- particularly the beds! Our finca is the edge of a hamlet in the foothills, but near the A7 Autoroute and a local village, with two friendly bar- restaurants.. Around the house is half an acre of beans, lemon, orange and ancient olive trees watered twice a month by the traditional channel from the mountains gurgling past.
For the energetic there is a large games room with ping pong, half size billiards, darts and exercise machines. However there is also a TV, DVD player, books and board games and good wifi access for quieter relaxation...


Sit by the vine arbour and listen to the birds song, lie back and enjoy the sun between dips in the cooling pool. At night watch the stars in the dark unpolluted sky. The seaside is about 35 minutes drive - buzzing busy Mojacca, or a quiet country beach, your choice - and there are many places to eat traditional Spanish food within quarter of an hour.
Your well behaved dog(s) are welcome by arrangement, there is an enclosed courtyard
The house has full a/c and fans for summer - in winter, toast your toes at the woodburning stove.
