As you enter the villa grounds you are met with an impressive outdoor area, complete with private swimming pool, gardens, plenty of space for sunbathing and a sheltered outdoor dining and BBQ area, perfect for all guests to dine al fresco. This is a villa that makes outdoor living so easy.

The villa itself is set over two levels. Across the front patio, you enter the villa through an open plan living and dining area. The living room is well equipped for complete comfort, with television, WiFi, stereo with iPod connection and air conditioning.

Leading on from here is the kitchen, well-equipped with gas hob, oven, microwave and espresso machine. Also on this ground level are two of the villas bedrooms. You will find a double air-conditioned bedroom and a single bedroom, both with wardrobes. There is also a bathroom on this level with a bath and shower.

Leading upstairs, you get a sense of how big the villa really is. A bar area here opens on to a large terrace which takes advantage of the villas vantage point, with views across to Ibiza Town and the sea. This would be a great space to take in the morning sun or enjoy a few cocktails at sun down.

There are another four bedrooms located upstairs. The master bedroom, with air-conditioning, is lovely and lit with plenty of natural light. It has its own private terrace to enjoy the sea views and also has a wardrobe and television. The remaining bedrooms on this level include a twin bedroom, with private terrace and two single bedrooms, all with wardrobe and one of which has air-conditioning.

This villa is very well looked and in a good location just minutes from the supermarket and a short drive to Ibiza Town and Playa den Bossa. Decorated in traditional Spanish style with plenty of homely touches, this villa is perfect for a stress-free Ibiza break.

Please note that this fantastic villa is located in a residential area; therefore, we ask all guests to be respectful of neighbours who live in close proximity. We kindly remind all guests to familiarise themselves with our noise policy as per our booking terms and conditions.

Additionally, the villa is fitted with noise sensors - if noises levels reach above the maximum legal level, you will be notified with a warning. Any complaints from the neighbours, town hall or police regarding noise can result in on-the-spot fines which guests will be liable to pay.

Please note all our villas are well-equipped with a bluetooth speaker according to the sound regulations in Ibiza. Under no circumstances will outside equipment including, speakers or DJ equipment be tolerated on the premises. Penalties will apply and will result in an instant eviction with no refunds being given.
Arrival between 21:00 and 04:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
