To the rear of the dining area is a fully equipped kitchen, to the left is access to a ground floor bedroom with bunkbeds, there is also a family bathroom. To the rear of the kitchen there is a galleria area where you will find the washing machine, storage area and stairs to first floor.

On the first floor there is one double room with double bed, and patio door which leads onto a small balcony, and there is a family shower room.

There is a communal area where you will find a swimming pool, children's pool, childs play park area and sport courts for tennis, volley ball, basket ball etc.
