The apartment, which 75sq meters, is in a small complex of 2 houses, each one completely independent and with a 65sq meters communal swimming pool. The whole complex was completely renovated in 2019. House 3 is on the first floor of one of these houses. The apartment has a minimal design and has been decorated to the highest standard.

The apartment is in the area of Koundouros and is 300 meters from the beach of Koundouraki, which has sunbeds, umbrellas, a cafe/bar and water sports. Koundouros has 6 sandy beaches, two of them organized with umbrellas and sunbeds. Koundouros also has a mini market and three restaurants. Pisses, which is 5 minutes from Koundouros has a large mini market and 2 restaurants.

The apartment, which is on the first floor, has a living room with a built in sofa, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen. There is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom with a bathroom. Outside there is a shaded veranda with a built in sofa and a dining table.

The house will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.
