Our luxury villas in Naxos, are specially designed based on the Cycladic architecture. The whitewashed walls, natural stone, aged wood and the bold geometric forms give their way to soft curves and high arches that create an almost abstract, stageset quality typical of the Cycladian and Naxian architecture. The newly built (2019) private villas consists of 2 villas with totally 6 bedrooms which hosts up to 16 persons (12 adults & 4 kids) plus baby-babies on baby cot (on request).

It is located only 7 min walking distance from the most famous awarded beach of the island Agios Prokopios beach, 5 min walking distance from the restaurants, ATM’s, supermarkets, pharmacy.

Villa Bianca & villa Pietra have each of them an indoor area of 100sqm which consists of 2 distinct levels which includes 3 bedrooms. The ground level has 2 master bedrooms and there is another one on the upper level. All bedrooms are equipped with private bathrooms and verandas for each one.

Both of the villas also features each one an outdoor area of 160sqm which consists of a 70 sqm pergola with outdoor kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, a dining and sitting area and in frond a gorgeous pool 65sqm with sunbeds in the middle where you can spend the whole day enjoying, very big relaxing verandas, amazing garden, vineyard and figs trees, the fruits of which we serve you daily but you can treat yourself as well.

The rooms are fully equipped with A/C, satellite TV, office-desk, mini bar, amenities Zealots, 100% cotton linens, beach/pool towels, fully equipped kitchen.
