Villa

Villa Akasya is located within a 10-15 minute walk to the centre and only a couple of minutes to Saturday organic market. This is a 3 bedroom detached villa with a good size pool set in mature private gardens. Around the pool there are sunbeds and umbrellas for 6 guests. At the pool area you’ll find an outside shower to use before and after the pool, wash off the sand upon your return from the beach or just to cool off from the heat of the day’s sun.
On entering the villa there is a living space with an open plan modern white kitchen - fully equipped with all you'll require: hob and oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, cooler, pots and pans, all kind of tableware, cutlery and utensils. There is a dining area with a table and chairs for 6 people. The lounge area offers plenty of comfortable sofas and television.
Bedrooms:
There is one bedroom downstairs with a bathroom with shower next door. The other two bedrooms are upstairs: they share a bathroom with shower. Also, the two upstairs bedroom have access to the shared balcony overlooking the pool.
From the kitchen through patio doors you can access the shaded veranda with outdoor furniture.
The villa is fully air conditioned and fitted with mosquito screens.
The washing machine is in the bathroom on the ground floor. You’ll also find an iron and an ironing board as well as a vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket and several cleaning cloths.
There is a safe, a fire extinguisher and smoke detectors at the villa. Secure parking: car portal for one auto.
Closest market is 500 metres away. The river, restaurants and bars are within a 10-15 minutes stroll into town.
