The spectacular ancient capital of Lindos is only ten minutes drive from your villa, which occupies a quiet position on the beach road, surrounded by open countryside. Comfortable and spacious lounge with sofas, TV etc, and access via French windows to outside dining patio and pool area. A cosy log fireplace awaits winter visitors. Off the lounge are the main bathroom, Bedroom 2 and stairs to the first floor. To the first floor, the Master Bedroom with en suite fully tiled shower room and 2 large balconies with views over open countryside to Massari Bay. Massari is a quiet unspoilt village set amongst orange groves, 5 minutes drive from the golden sands of Agathi Beach, and the beautiful bay of Haraki, overlooked by Pheraklos Castle. The ancient capital of Lindos and stunning St.Pauls Bay are only 10 minutes drive. Half way up the eastern coast, Malona is the perfect base from which to explore the whole island.

Less than 45 minutes in the car will find you exploring the battlements of Rhodes Town in the north, wine-tasting on the western slopes of Mount Attaviros, or watching the kite-surfers who come from all over the world to catch the waves at Prassonisi on the southern tip of the island. Also ideal as a base for hiking or cycling, a five minute walk will see you spotting honey buzzards on a quiet mountain road, or maybe just scrumping the odd orange as you wander down the olive tracks.

The village has several grill houses, tavernas,bars and mini marts, and a bakery, selling local produce, plus an English speaking pharmacist.
